Directions: To cook in a pot, dump all ingredients of this jar into a pot. Add 7 cups of water. Bring to a boil, turn down to medium heat and let simmer for about 20 minutes, or until potatoes and beans are tender.
To prepare in a crock pot, add soup to 7 cups of water and cook on low for 4 hours. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and bread sticks.
The ingredients in this recipe need no refrigeration, so make it in a quart jar or another air-tight container and take it with you camping or in the RV. If you're not going anywhere, which is really OK, simply make it up for dinner at home. |
